I had to chase a couple of times for updates on my order, which was a bit frustrating. The replies did come eventually, but they were late... and I still wasn’t really clear on when it was actually being sent!

I had to return my order, and the whole process just dragged on forever. What made it more frustrating was that I couldn’t get an actual person to help me, everything felt automated, with no real human contact at all. It shouldn’t be this hard just to send something back.

The packaging was decent and delivery was fine, but the item itself felt a little lighter and cheaper than I thought it would. It’s not awful by any means, I just don’t feel like it was great value for money. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless there was a really good sale.
